Flip the assembled unit upside down.
6.
Insert four Wood Dowels (3) into the outer holes on one Stretcher (C) and attach it to the Side Frames
(B) with four 1-3/4" Bolts (5) and four Washers (6 and 7).
7.
Repeat the same procedure to attach the other Stretcher (C) at the opposite end.
