Trouble Shooting
Before bringing to the service centre, please check the followings:

The compressor makes
some unusual noise when
the “Power On Indicator”
is “On”
Incorrect power supply.
Unplug the unit, and check to ensure
correct power supply is used.
The “Power On Indicator”
does not light
– No power supply
– Bad contact with the
power outlet
Check both the power cord, power
plug and power outlet
The “Ice Full Indicator”
keeps on blinking
Ice Baffle are blocked by
ice cubes. It can not
works properly
Remove the ice cubes, turn off the
ice maker. And then turn on again
NOTE: Please contact our service centre for replacement if problems are not caused by the
above reasons.
The unit is in normal good condition if the following occurred
• The fan is still running for few seconds after switching “Off” the unit and the compressor.
• Noise caused by the running compressor and the flowing refrigerant inside the compressor.
