•  Loosen the nuts that hold the bearing plate to the frame.

•  To adjust the tension, use the nuts and register dowels to move the bearing 

plate forward or backward.

•  Once the chain has proper tension, tighten the nuts that hold the bearing 

plate to the frame.

VACUUM ADJUSTMENTS

1.  Check the cleanliness and function of the float shut off.

2.  Remove the top cover of the shut off to check the cleanliness and correct 

position of the vacuum filter.

3.  Check the seal between the recovery tank and recovery tank lid assembly.
