8  FIRMWARE AND DATABASE UPDATE

The software that allows you to download and install the updates of the
firmware and of its database is supplied with the device.

Proceed as follows:

1.

Install the update software on a PC equipped with an active Internet
connection.

2.

Connect the device to the PC via USB.

3.

Launch the software.

4.

Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

For further information regarding the installation of the software and
its use, consult the Setup Manual and the Operating Manual.

For further information regarding the possibility to download and
install updates versions of the database, consult your retailer.
