Switch off the power supply of the welder.
‰ Turn the welding gun to the outside so that the going out wire can’t cause serious
injure of the welder and another people who are nearby.
‰
Press the gun trigger; the electrode wire should go out toward the outlet of the
welding gun.
Note:
During the electrode wire moving in the welding gun, don’t look into the nozzle,
because the going out wire can pierce your eye cornea.

After appearing the electrode wire in the outlet of the welding gun (about 20mm),
release the gun trigger and twist on the contact tip with the proper diameter.
‰ Adjust properly pressure force of the drive roll: pressure too low – the drive roll
slides on the wire; pressure too high – the electrode wire is carved by the drive roll
or is blocked in the wire conduit; thumbscrew turning on the right – increasing of the
pressure, thumbscrew turning on the left – decreasing of the pressure.
