Once assembled, place a bowl to catch the ground food. Plug the appliance into a wall outlet and turn it
on. Carefully add small pieces of food into the food tray and push it through with the part L food pusher.
•
If food blocks the grinding mechanism, turn the appliance off, wait a minute, then reverse the motor to
unblock the grinding mechanism.
•
When finished, turn the appliance off and unplug it from the wall outlet.
•
Do not run this appliance more than 10 minutes at a time.
•
Cut food into small pieces (recommended: 0.8” x 0.8” x 2.4”) before inserting into the grinder.
•
Do not feed the food with your hand; always use the food pusher.
•
Do not grind hard food such as bones or nuts.
•
Do not grind fibrous material such as ginger.
•
Do not overtighten the part H fixing ring.
•
Reverse function is prohibited while the appliance is in operation (switching from "On" to "Reverse" or
the opposite). Wait at least one minute until grinder comes to a complete stop, then reverse the motor.
•
Remove any pieces of ground food that has traces of ground metal powder.
•
This appliance will automatically stop if it is in danger of overheating and will not work again until it has
completely cooled.

Allow appliance to completely cool before cleaning.
•
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the motor housing.
•
Do not clean parts in a dishwasher. Wash parts by hand with water and a mild detergent.
•
Do not clean with a wire brush or other abrasive objects.
•
Clean the appliance every time after use.
•
Occasionally use a small amount of vegetable oil on a cloth to grease the cutting parts.
