Step 4: Remove the cap nut and bolt on the boom. Do not remove
the plastic U shaped washer or the bushing inside the hole of the
boom, reinsert and align the holes of the plastic washer and bushing
if needed.
Step 5: Insert the boom with the plastic washer as follows into the
bracket at the top of the mast. Reinsert the bolt and cap nut, make
sure the bolt head is on the same side of the bracket that has a
screw. Use wrenches to tighten the bolt and cap nut
screw
