6 . USING THE SLICING M ACHINE
6 .1 LOADING THE GOODS

Using the flywheel (1 ) br ing the car r iage (2 )
all for war d (towar ds the oper ator );

Pull back the sliding over plate (3 ) completely
(away fr om the blade) using the handwheel
(4 );

Place t he food t o be sliced on the over plat e
and block it with t he food pr ess (5 )
r egulating t he height as well;

Regulate the thickness of the slice by pulling
and r ot ating the knob (6 ) at t he same time,
gr aduat ed fr om 0 to 1 6 ;

Br ing the over plate with the goods t owar ds
the blade by using the r apid advance lever
or the handwheel;
6 .2 CUTTING THE GOODS
