Note:

Read this manual carefully before first use.

You will find additional information on

Enter:

„Schröter GmbH Fotoschuss”

in the search box.

All options and settings will be explained step by step.

Insert the batteries:

- Open the safety clip and then open the battery compartment lid.
- Place 4 x AA alkaline batteries in the upper first compartment (A). Battery

compartment (A) is sufficient to operate the Camera. If you want to extend
operation time you can load battery compartment (B) as well. While taking
only photos of the deer crossing, the batteries will last for aprox. 4 – 8 weeks
(depends on number of taken photos as well as on outside temperatures)
Video mode and nighttime photos with LED flash will shorten the lifetime of
the batteries down to 2-3 weeks. Low outside temperatures with less than
-0 C° will have negative influence to the battery lifetime. Therefore we
recommend  lithium batteries with 7 time more lifetime than normal batteries
even with deep minus temperatures of up to -40 C°.

Parameter setting

- After you have placed the batteries and SD-card set the ON/OFF Switch

to “TEST”.

- Now you are able to take photos or videos or watch already taken photos

or videos.

- You can adjust all parameter, or you can check the PIR sensor range.
- If you walk in front of the PIR sensors in a distance between 3 – 20 m, the red

LED shows you by blinking that you are within the detected range for the main
PIR and the side PIR’s

Important

- If there is no setting for more than 2 minutes the camera will switch off

automatically.

- When you have done all adjustments and have set the camera to “ON” or

“OFF” position the display will stay visible for a short period of time
(camera needs this time to shutdown the program)
