Safety Instruction
Please read and follow the next safety instruction to avoid accidents and hurt.

use suitable safety clothes, especially safety shoes. Wear hairnet. Do not wear
rings, necklaces, watches or other jewellery.

Keep children or other persons away from working area (min. 20 m) Never allow
children or not well instructed persons to work with winch. Moving from persons
as well as staying in working area is forbidden

Pay attention to instructions. Put away all things you might stumble across,
which might get loose, fall or handicap you in any way.

Do not work while rainfall or snow nor on slippery surfaces.

Fix the winch proper. While working with the winch from a car, protect the car
from rolling with. Use screws and bolts with capacities of 800 kg or more.

Never stay within the reach of the stretched rope. Stay sideward to the rope. In
case of tearing the rope moves straight backward.

Do not overload the rope, check the load carefully.

Fix the load after moving against rolling. Then loose the rope.

Use only the attached hook to fix the load to the rope.

Pay attention that minimum 4 – 6 layers remain on the drum. Never enrol
completely to avoid tearing off the rope from drum

Control all parts of the winch before use whether there is a damage . If there is
any damage on any part, do not use the winch . Check rope that it is rolled
properly side by side on the drum without any knots.

Check brake function before use in both directions. Roll rope in and out and pull
the hook or turn the crank. The gearwheel must lock instantly.

Repair must be done by professionals.

The rope is a wearing part. Check frequently for broken parts or other damages

Let the rope be checked by professional once a year (UVV approval)

Use only original spare parts according the sparepart list. Never use other parts
for safety reasons

Instruct a helper carefully to make him familiar with the use of the winch so that
he is safe from being overrolled by the load and hit by the tearing rope

Never grap at the rope while under load. Never touch gear wheel or drum while
working.

The rope is only for pulling purposes. Never use for other reasons

When the rope is completely rolled on the drum, it must be 1,5 cm lower than the
drum flankes

Store the winch in dry places and pay attention that it cannot drop occasionally.
This can cause hurt, because winch is heavy.

Installation
Mount the winch on safe surface. To ensure a stable use fix the winch by using
10 mm screws with grommets.
Fix the crank to the winch by using the supplied nut. Pay attention that there is enough
space to turn the crank.
