This appliance is a sophisticated piece of equipment it is designed to give long term reliable service when
maintained as intended It may fail prematurely if it is not serviced. Service is a legal requirement in the EU
The NZ warranty on this appliance is conditional upon annual service being carried out. Where service is
not carried out the manufacture/distributor accepts no liability for any failure that could be associated to a
lack of maintenance.
Service invoice records must be made available when making a claim.
This includes but not exclusively Sensors electrodes heat exchangers and safety devices.
Note
servicing of this appliance should only be carried out by a competent engineer with detailed
knowledge and training – Commissioning and servicing Training is available in NZ through the distributors.
A schedule of service requirements is shown on page 28. Please note the requirement to replace the burner chamber
seal at each service
Labour allowances under the appliance warranty
is limited to the manufacturers schedule of time allowances
rounded up to the hour plus 1 hour for diagnosis, This is a fair representation of the time that an experienced
competent engineer would require to rectify a fault (Travel expensed are limited to the terms set out by the distributor)
(call out charges will only be covered in case of immediate danger to life or property)
