PROBLEM

Snowblower vibrate or is
abnormally noisy.
Damaged auger
Replace auger.
Damaged drive shaft.
Replace drive shaft.
Damaged bearing.
Replace bearing.
Damaged fan.
Dismount & repair or replace fan.
Driveline is not well installed.
Reinstall the driveline according to the instructions.
Driveline angle is more than 35
degrees
Reduce the height of the accessory.
The snowblower input shaft is not
parallel with the tractor output
shaft.
Adjust using the higher link of the 3 point hitch
linkage attachment.
Snowblower stopped turning.
Damaged drive shaft or shear bolt is
broken
Replace drive shaft or replace shear bolt (for
identification, see Parts List "Snowblower"). Also
see "Maintenance" section.
Chute rotation is difficult.
Dirt or ice may be underneath
chute.
Clean the base of chute & the rotation ring.
Dirt in the oil
Clean oil.
The base of the chute or the
rotation ring may be damaged or
bent.
Replace defective parts.
The chute plugs easily.
Vehicle engine is turning too slowly. Always have engine at full R.P.M. when using the
snowblower.
Advancing too quickly with vehicle. Reduce speed. Allow snowblower to ingest snow at
its own speed.
