PROGRAMS:
SMOOTH SOUP
It is perfect for making soups with a smooth and soft consistency, this program lasts 19 minutes.
CHUNKY SOUP
It is perfect for making chunky soups. This program lasts 26 minutes to guarantee the pieces to cook perfectly.
Since the ingredients will not be blended it is advisable to cut them into small pieces before placing them in the
jar.
COMPOTE
It is perfect for making jams. This program lasts for 11 minutes.
JUICE
It is perfect for preparing smoothies or milkshakes with fresh ingredients. This program lasts 2 minutes and does
not include the heating of the ingredients.
RE-HEAT
This function lasts 13 minutes and will heat again the previously prepared soup. The soup will keep at about 80
° C.
BLEND
This function allows you to further-blend the soup to your desired consistency if required. This function works
without additional heating of the soup.
This function can also be used to clean the jar, by pouring water into the jar and operate the function.
USE:
Before first use Fig.B
It is important to clean the appliance before first use and if it has not been used for a long period of time, follow
the instructions given in the specific paragraph” Clean” .
1. Make sure the product is unplugged.
2. Remove the lid, taking care not to touch the blades.
3. Place the ingredients into the jar.
4. Add water / milk, taking care to respect the MIN and MAX levels marked on the jar.
5. Replace the lid and make sure it is properly closed.
6. Plug in and the display icons will flash in sequence.
7. Press the MODE button to select the desired program from: SMOOTH, CHUNKY, COMPOTE, JUICE, RE-
HEAT, BLEND. The icon of the selected program lights up.
8. Press the START / STOP button to operate the appliance; the appliance will operate immediately and the
required working time will appear on the display.
If you notice that the selected program is wrong, press the “START / STOP” button to stop the appliance and
keeping the “START / STOP” button pressed again for a few seconds the appliance will return to “stand-by” mode
(waiting ), at this point it will be possible to select the correct program.
