Electric Barbecue Use instructions

USE INSTRUCTION 

The unit must stand on a solid, heat-resistant surface. Do not hold or move the unit while 

operating or if there is water into the collector tray.

Do not immerse the heating rods, plug or cord supply into water or other liquids.

Even when the unit is turned off, unplug the cord from the socket before inserting or remo-

ving parts and before cleaning.

Do never touch the internal surfaces or heating rods to prevent yourself from burns.

ATTENTION

 : the unit does not be used with charcoal or similar.

-The appliance has been manufactured ONLY FOR HOUSEHOLD AND INDOOR USE 

and does not be used for commercial purpose.

HOW TO ASSEMBLY THE UNIT

To assembly the heating rods (B) on the collector tray (B), use the safety handle (A) loca-

ted under the heating rods, just press slowly to the outside and then put the heating rods 

on the collector tray, finally pull inside on the safety handle.

USE

The unit allow to cook without unpleasant smoke piece of food such as: fish, scampi, beef 

filet, hamburger, chicken, cutlets and skewers.

- Remove the heating rods (B) from the unit using the safety handle (A) and pour about 

1 cm of water into the collector tray (water indicator into the tray). Make sure to keep the 

minimum level of water while cooking. Do not touch the heating rods when pouring water 

into the tray.

- Replace the heating rods and block with the safety handle.

- Connect the cord to the socket.

- Press switch on/off, the light indicator illuminates.

- Put the grill on the heating rods.

- Put the food to be cooked on the grill 5/10 minutes after the unit has reached good tem-

perature.

- To keep a constant temperature the unit must always be on. The grilling time will depend 

on the type of food (please refer to the table below).
