4. Use a soft sponge and some mild detergent to clean the corollas, dough hook and mixer bowl,
rinse with clean water and wipe with a clean cloth.
5. Do not immerse the mixer motor unit in water or any liquid to avoid electrical short circuits and
equipment damage.
