BASIC PRINCIPLES OF WORKING WITH A MEAT GRINDER
The meat grinder is designed for processing meat without bones only at home.
Assemble the device and place it on a flat, dry surface.
Make sure that the air vents on the housing are not blocked.
Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
Place suitable dishes under the meat Mincer attachment (1).
Make sure that the meat is completely thawed, remove excess fat and bones, and cut the meat
into cubes or strips so that they pass freely into the opening of the tray.
Turn the device on by setting the switch (12) to the «ON» position.
Slowly push the meat into the mouth of the Mincer attachment (1) using the pusher (1). During
operation, use the push rod (7) that is included in the delivery.
It is forbidden to use any objects to push the meat, in any case do not push the meat with your
hands.
Do not use excessive force to push through meat or other products.
During chopping meat can form a deadlock, to resolve the resulting deadlock should use the
reverse rotation of the screw. To switch to the reverse screw rotation mode, turn off the meat
grinder by setting the switch (12) to the «0» position, then press and hold the switch (12) in the
«R» position.
The continuous operation time of the product processing device must not exceed 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes of continuous operation, turn off the device and allow it to cool for 15-20
minutes, after which you can continue working.
As soon as you are finished, turn off the meat grinder by setting the switch (12) to the «0»
position, disconnect the meat grinder from the power supply, and only then start disassembling
it.
MEAT PROCESSING
Press and hold the lock button of the Mincer attachment, insert the Mincer attachment into
the installation position (13) and turn the Mincer attachment (1) counterclockwise until it
stops, release the button (9) (Fig. 1, 2).
Insert the screw (2) into the body of the meat grinder attachment 1) (Fig. 3).
Install the cross-shaped knife (5) (Fig. 4).
Take the grate (3) and place it on top of the knife (5), aligning the protrusions on the grate with
the slots in the body of the Mincer attachment (1), tighten the nut (4) (Fig. 5, 6, 7).
