Manual switch off:
To conserve the battery power, switch off the scale when not in use. To do this, press and hold
the “ON/OFF/TARE” button (3) until the LCD screen (5) switches off.
Converting Weight Units
While the scale is in operation, successively press the “UNIT” button at the lower left corner of
the appliance and select the weight unit of your preference (g/oz/lb:oz/fl.oz/ml).
Tare Function
Tare mode allows you to weigh another ingredient sequentially after weighing the first
ingredient without removing it from the scale.
1. Press and hold the ON/OFF/TARE (3) button to turn on the device.
2. The LCD screen (5) will turn on, the display will show "0" and the icon “O” on the lower left
corner.
3. Select the weight unit by successively pressing the "UNIT" button (4). Please refer to
"Converting weight units".
4. Place a bowl on the weighing platform (1). The weight of the bowl will be displayed on the
screen.
5. Press the ON/OFF/TARE (3) button to reset the weight displayed on the screen. In the lower
left corner of the screen, the tare activation indicator "Tare" will appear.
6. Add the material you want to weigh into the bowl.
Note:
The maximum weight that can be weighed is 10kg/22lb. This is the weight of all
ingredients along with the weight of the bowl.
Care and Cleaning
• Do not immerse the scale in water. Wipe over the scale with a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical agents to clean.
