Using Your Kitchen Scale
Always place the scale on a dry and flat surface prior to weighing.
1. Press and hold the ON/OFF/TARE (3) button to turn on the device.
2. The LCD screen (5) will turn on, the display will show "0" and the icon “O” on the lower left
corner.
3. Select the weight unit by successively pressing the "UNIT" button (4). Please refer to
"Converting weight units".
4. Place the object you want to weigh onto the weighing platform (1). Weight will appear on the
screen.
5. When you are finished weighing, press and hold the ON/OFF/TARE (3) button to switch off
the scale.
• The scale will display “Lo” when battery is low.
• The scale will display “Err” if it is placed on a surface which is not hard and flat.
• The scale will display “0-Ld” if it is trying to weigh above its capacity. Please remove the weight
immediately to avoid any damage of the scale.
Auto switch off:
Automatic switch off will occur if the scale shows the same weight reading for 3 minutes. If there
is no object on the scale or the weight is not table, the scale will automatically switch off after 1
minute approximately.
