5. Once you finish the above steps, the system will automatically detect the presence
of the CD-Rewriter. Please finish the driver’s installation according to the
computer’s instruction (the driver software is on the attached 1.44MB disk). After
rebooting, the computer system will automatically recognize the CD-Rewriter.
(Additional software programs, provided with the product, can be installed. For
additional information on installing and using software and hardware, please refer to
the product’s Instruction Manual as well as the User Manual enclosed in the
CD-ROM.)
N o te
If the “New hardware help” box does not show up after the
CD-Rewriter is connected to the computer, it is possible that
the USB slot is not in order. Please reboot your computer and
enter the main board’s BIOS (Basic Input and Output System)
to check whether the USB is disabled or not. If the USB is
disabled, change the setting to enabled.
N o te
Once you complete the installation of the USB driver, the
computer will recognize the CD-Rewriter every time you
connect the USB cable to it. User can start operating directly.
6. By using the vertical stand, you can place the CD-Rewriter in various ways to make
the most use of your space.
7. After finishing all the steps above, please de-install the product in the reverse order
of step 3 to 1.
