Checking the voice messages
1. When a new voice message is left on
the answer machine, press

check the information. Or select the
message in
Tools

Answer Machine

Voice Box
.
2. Press
to play/pause the playback.
3. Press
to stop.
4. Press

) to call the caller or
delete the message.
Setting greetings
1. Press
(
Option
) and select
Add
.
2. Select
From Music
to set a music clip,
or select
New Record
to record a
message to the caller.
3. Press
(
Option
) to set the greeting
as the default one to all callers, or
rename or delete it.
4. To assign a greeting to a caller group,
select one group in
Phone Book
>
Caller Group
. Press
(
Option
)
and select
Answer Machine Greeting
for setup.
Settings

Voice Box
: Turn voice box on/off.
If activated, callers can leave voice
messages.

Greetings
: Set the default greeting to
all callers.
•
Message Length
: Set the length of one
voice message left by callers.
•
Pick Up Time
: Set the time before
answer machine takes a call.
•
Loudspeaker
: Switch loudspeaker
on/off. If it is on, the caller’s voice will
be heard over the loudspeaker.

Your phone features an FM transmitter
that allows you to transmit your call or
music to an FM stereo without extra
cables.
The suggested transmitting distance is
within 2 meters.
1. Select

to switch FM
transmitter on.

3. Select one channel for the
voice/music to be transferred
through and confirm with

4. Press

adjust the frequency to a new
channel. Confirm with

• To transmit sound to your FM stereo,
first turn on the FM stereo and set to the
frequency to which the sound is to be
transmitted.
• The feature of FM transmission is regu-
lated by the local laws and may not be
available in your region.
• FM transmitter performance may be in-
fluenced by FM receiver sensitivity, lo-
cal radio interference and user
preference. When a call is transferred to
an FM radio by FM transmitter, the FM
radio may be interfered by radio signals
generated by other mobile devices.
While editing the frequency, your phone
rings to test the audio transmission.
