3. ERROR FLAGS AND WARNINGS

The KI 825 alerts the pilot to abnormal conditions, such as failed naviga-
tional receivers, Goodrich WX-500 Stormscopes®, and remote compass
systems. During these situations, the instrument either displays a warning
flag and/or removes the unusable information. This section describes the
flags and messages that are presented in the event of an abnormal oper-
ating condition. Figures 3-1 and 3-2 are on a foldout page for reference as
the section is being reviewed.
