Problems
Diagnostic Possible causes Solution
No answer when the equipment is
connected.
The supply cable is not connected Disconnect the equipment and
connect the feeding wire again.
There is no electric power in the plug. Connect the feeding wire to another
socket.
The equipment change to Standby
mode. Touch the screen to go back to
Normal mode
CPU failure. Contact and Authorized Bematech
Technical Service Center.
The Brightness and Contrast are not
appropriate. Adjust the brightness and/or
contrast of the monitor’s image.
The equipment turns off during
normal use.
Inappropriate installation
conditions. Check that the equipment is in
an appropriate place and its
ventilation outlets unobstructed.
Touch loosing its accuracy
The touch screen was not calibrated Do a 4-point calibration
There is no touch function
