Insertion

Hold the cap between your thumb and 

forefinger.

Pull your ear gently upwards/outwards.

Insert the earplug in the ear canal, using 

a slight turning movement, until it fits 

comfortably and seals the ear canal.

Removal

Remove the earplug by gently twisting the 

cap as you pull it out.

Store your earplugs in the protective case 

after use.

Warning

 

Do not use damaged earplugs, it 

can affect the attenuation.

 

Do not disassemble the earplugs. 

 

Do not use the earplugs if the 

sound level exceeds 95 dBA for 

more than 8 consecutive hours.

 

Always use the earplugs for the entire time 

while being exposed to harmful noise.

 

Regularly check that your ER20XS works 

as intended. Note that the effect of the 

earplugs may be impaired by misuse or 

poor maintenance. Therefore, follow the 

recommendations strictly in this manual.

Cleaning

 

Wipe the tip with a damp cloth. The 

product can be adversely affected by 

certain chemicals. More information 

is available from the manufacturer.

Warranty

 

The warranty is valid for 2 years from the 

date of purchase at one of our dealers. 

Guarantee claims can only be made 

at retailers by presenting the original 

receipt. The warranty does not cover 

normal wear and tear, damage caused 

by improper use or sound leakage.

Pull slider to make a loop.

Slide loop over the earplug.

Position loop against  

the earplug.

Pull cord tight on the earplug.

Place tab on stem. Pull 

down on tab until it snaps 

in place.

Replace eartip.

Pull tab installation

Pull tab removal 

Remove eartip.

Grasp tab and pull up.

  risk that the connecting cord could be caught during use.
