If you wish to connect to a device using the built-in USB connector,
the steps are similar:

Unplug power supply

Connect device cable to USB port
3.
Plug cable into device
4.
Plug in power supply

To use the CLA, follow these easy steps:
1.
Simply insert the CLA in the socket provided in your vehicle.
2.
Power will now be supplied to your laptop.
