Problem:
• The Phone Adapter cannot connect to the router .
• The “connected” light does not come on .
Solution:
If your Phone Adapter appears to be powered but the “connected”
light is not green, the problem may be that your router and Phone
Adapter are not connected properly .
Make sure the network cable between the router and the Phone
Adapter is connected to the Phone Adapter’s “Connection to
Router” port and that the cable is firmly in place . Power off the
router for a few seconds and then power it on again .
