Funktionskontrolle Functional check
Nach erfolgter Einstellung wird empfohlen, eine Funktionskontrolle
der VAV-/CAV-Box durchzuführen. Dazu wird der VAV-Regler mit
dem ZTH-GEN auf den gewünschten Betriebsmode gesetzt und der
Soll-/Istwert verglichen.
After the adjustment has been completed, it is recommended that a
functional check be carried out on the VAV/CAV unit. The VAV controller
is set to the desired operating mode with the ZTH-GEN and a
setpoint/actual value comparison is made.

Mögliche Fehlerursachen
Wird der Sollwert nicht erreicht, kann dies folgende Gründe haben:
– Kein Volumenstrom bzw. negativer ∆p-Wert:
→ Druckschläuche falsch angeschlossen
→ Drehrichtung falsch eingestellt
→ Brandschutzklappe geschlossen
– Ist-Volumenstrom zu tief:
→ Vordruck zu tief (Vordruckregelung, FU-Einstellung, Ventilatorleistung
zu klein)
→ Klappenachse ist mit einem Offset montiert
(Klappe lässt sich nicht ganz öffnen)
Possible sources of errors
– No volumetric flow or negative ∆p value, respectively:
→ Pressure hoses incorrectly connected
→ Direction of rotation set incorrectly
→ Fire damper closed
– Actual volumetric flow is too low:
→ Supply pressure too low (supply pressure control, FU setting,
air performance too low)
→ Damper spindle is mounted with an offset
(damper cannot be opened all the way)
