ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION: Make sure your installation complies with the local authorities
and with the appropriate NFPA Standards, which are available from the
National Fire Prevention Association.
Verify that all parts have been received. Refer to the drawing and detailed parts
list.
1.
Assemble dust collector as follows:
a)
Turn fan wheel by hand to verify that it rotates freely.
b) Install bag support rods inside the collector.
c) Using 24" diameter standard clamp, secure the filter bags to the top of
the cyclone.
d) Using 24" diameter fix band clamps, secure the filter bags to the top of
the filter module body. Using 24" diameter quick release clamps, secure
the polyethylene bag to the bottom of the filter module body. For units
fitted with drums or lower filter bags refer to drawings of appendix 2 for
clamps position.
2.
Connect fan intake to pick up points using flexible ducting.
