Operation
Monitor Port operation is done in Panel XY Mode. One or more Monitor Port buttons
need to be added to the panel button layout.
After a route has been made on a panel, then:
1 Press a Monitor Port button.

Item Description
Number Configured Monitor Buttons
Shows the number of monitor port buttons set up on
the panel.
Input Type: Radio buttons to select which router input signal type to
monitor:
Real Input • Select to monitor a router input signal.

(I.e. the actual input received by the router.)
Post PPIO • Select to monitor a router’s post-processing IO (PPIO) signal
(router dependent).
Post Processing • Select to monitor an internal router input signal following
any input audio processing (for video AHP router modules
only).
Output Type: Radio buttons to select which router output signal type
to monitor:
Pre-Processing • Select to monitor a routed signal in a router, before any
internal output audio processing.
Real Output • Select to monitor a router’s final output signal.

Item Description
Monitor 1 to 20: Up to 20 Monitor Port button assignments can be made.
Note : Monitor buttons need to be added to a panel.
Matrix Index Slider.
Select the index number of the routing matrix by:
• moving the slider; or
• clicking on the value and entering a new vale and pressing
the Enter key.
Press P to set the default value.
Monitor Index Slider.
Select the index number of the selected routing matrix’s
monitor port by:
• moving the slider; or
• clicking on the value and entering a new vale and pressing
the Enter key.
Press P to set the default value.
