For lifting and handling operations use lifting means and harness that are fit for the purpose.
Before lowering the electric pump into the well make sure that it has been connected to a support cable which it
must have adequate length well fixed and making sure that it is stable.
Consult the table “Dimensions and weight“at page 29 for the weight of each individual pump – electric pump.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS REFERRED TO THE SEMI MACHINE “PUMP BODY”
6.1. ASSEMBLY PUMP - MOTOR
Proceed with the following operations above - described and shown in
order to assembly in the right way the pump – motor unit:

Always make sure that the coupling surfaces are clean.

Always make sure that the motor and pump rotors are free to turn
operating the coupling by hand.

Proceed to remove the cable guard from the pump body.
-
Make sure that the motor is stable and fix it in the vertical position.
-
Lift the pump vertically and align it with the motor and the four studs.
-
Tighten the fixing bolts on the studs of the motor.
-
Position the power cable in the suction unit housing and along the
external casing.
-
Proceed to assembly of the cable guard.
