5. Take care not to run water into the temperature
control box.
6. If the appliance will not be used for an extended
period of time, unplug it, remove all food, clean it
and leave the door ajar. 7. It is recommended that
the metal parts of your unit (door exterior, body
sidewalls) be polished with a silicone wax (car wax)
to protect the premium painted surface.
8. Dust the condenser located at the rear of the
appliance once a year using a vacuum cleaner. 9.
Inspect door seals regularly to ensure they are
clean and free of food particles.
10. Never:
• Clean the device with an unsuitable product, for
example petroleum-based.
• Expose it to high temperatures in any way.
• Scrubbing, scrubbing etc. with an abrasive material.
11. Remove Dairy Lid and Door Bins:
• To remove the dairy lid, lift the lid about 3
centimeters and pull it on the side where there is
an opening on the lid.
• To remove a door bin, take out all its contents then
simply push the door bin upwards from the base.
12. Make sure that the special plastic container at the
back of the unit which collects the defrost water is
kept clean at all times. If you wish to remove the bin
for cleaning, follow the instructions below:
• Disconnect the power plug and unplug the
power plug.
• Gently loosen the stud located on the
compressor using pliers in order to be able to
remove the tray.
• Lift it.
• Clean and dry it thoroughly.
• Re-assemble, proceeding in the reverse order of
operations.
13. To remove a drawer, slide it forward as far as
possible, tilt it up and then pull it out completely.

Wrap the cheese first in parchment paper
and then in a plastic bag, removing as
much air as possible. For the best possible
results, take it out of the refrigerator
compartment one hour before tasting.
Wrap raw meat and poultry in a plastic or
aluminum bag. This prevents them from
drying out.
Pack fish and offal in plastic bags.
Wrap food with a strong smell or risk of
drying out in polythene bags, aluminum
foil or an airtight container.
Wrap the bread carefully to keep it
fresh.
Refrigerate white wines, beer, lager
and mineral water before serving.
Inspect the contents of the freezer at
regular intervals.
Store foodstuffs for as short a time as
possible and respect the “use by dates”
and “use by dates”.
Store commercial frozen foods according
to the instructions on the packaging.

Prepare small portions of fresh
produce to be frozen to allow rapid
freezing.

quality polythene freezer bags and make
sure to empty it of air.
