2.4 Whisker

Do not use the whisker (11) when preparing batters that contain margarine or fat, or
when kneading dough. Use the dough blade (10) for the said processes.
•
When whisking egg whites, make sure that the bowl (4) and the whisker (11) are dry
and oil-free.
•
It is recommended to use the product at high speed when making mayonnaise and
cream.

2.5 Grating and slicing

Warnings
•
Do not use the blades (12, 14) to crash ice etc.
•
Cutting edges of the blades (12, 14) are very sharp. Do not touch with bare hands.

If the ingredient is too big for the feeding chute (2), cut it into a few pieces.
•
Feed them evenly into the chute (2) to get good results.
•
If you are going to use a large amount of ingredients, start with small amounts and
then empty the bowl (4) after each session.
•
When chopping or grating soft ingredients, operate the product at low speed to
avoid pureeing the ingredient.
•
Do not operate the product for too long when grating hard cheese. Otherwise,
cheese will heat up, melt and clump.
