2 Field of application
• The DP 109 is a moisture measuring device for measurements within the permissible operating
parameters (see "Technical data").
• The DP 109 is designed for measurements downstream of a compressed-air dryer. As regards
measurements upstream of a compressed-air dryer, the measuring device/sensor may be
contaminated.
• The DP 109 measures the following parameters:
Temperature
Relative humidity
Dew point down to -76°F (-60°C) td
• The DP 109 carries out measurements in the following media or measurable gases:
Medical gases, inert gases, non-corrosive gases, SF6...
• The DP 109 is used, for example, in the following applications:
Compressed-air plants
Compressed-air dryers
• To work properly, the DP 109 requires supply voltage (see "Technical data").
• The DP 109 is not suitable for use in hazardous areas.
• We generally recommend using a measuring chamber.
