Cleaning and Maintenance
• Unplug the appliance at the end
of cooking, leave the upper cooking
plate open and let the appliance cool
down.
• Remove the cooking plates after
they cool down.
•
Wash the cooking plates by hand
in order to avoid any damage to
them. Never wash in the dishwasher.
• Keep the cooking plates that you
have removed in warm water for
about 5 minutes and then clean the
food remnants on their surfaces with
a soft sponge. Do not use any hard
objects or abrasive chemicals for
cleaning.
•
You can use the dedicated clean--
ing comb to clean the cooking
plates. Do not push the cleaning
comb in a way to scratch the cook-
ing plates and do not use it on hot
surfaces.
•
Tiny scratches that may occur on
the surfaces can cause the food to
stick. In such cases try to remove
the stuck food remnant by applying a
few drops of oil.
•
Do not clean the outer surfaces
of your appliances with pointed and
hard cleaning objects.
