door. Once access is established to the
product, you will see a screen similar to the
one below.
When the Remote Control is on, you can
only manage, turn-off and status follow-up
operations through your washing machine.
And all functions except child lock can be
managed through the application.
You can monitor from the function indicator
on the button whether the Remote Control
function is on or off.
If the Remote Control function is off, all oper-
ations are performed over the machine, only
the performance of status follow-up is al-
lowed over the application.
If the Remote Start function cannot be
turned on, you will hear a warning sound
when you press the button. This may be ex-
perienced if the appliance is turned on and
there is no appliance paired with Bluetooth.
As an example for these cases; the
Bluetooth setting is turned off or the product
cover is open.
When you activate this function in the wash-
ing machine, this function remains active ex-
cept under certain circumstances and allows
you to control your washing machine re-
motely via Bluetooth.
Under certain conditions, it is automatically
disabled for safety reasons:
• When your machine's power is cut.
• When the program button is turned and a
different program is selected or the appli-
ance is turned off.

7 Maintenance and Cleaning
Please read the “Safety Instructions”
section first!
Service life of your product extends and fre-
quently experienced problems will be re-

7.1 Cleaning the Detergent Drawer
When to clean
• When you open the dosing tank cover and
see a thickened non-fluid detergent or
softener,
• If you are not satisfied with the washing
results, it may be that the detergent or
softener has become stiff and therefore
cannot be taken into the washing area,
• If the liquid in the tank does not decrease
although dosing is selected and you do
not load detergents or softeners for a long
time,
• If you want to change the washing ingredi-
ents you have filled in the chamber (for ex-
ample, if you are not satisfied with the de-
tergent and do not want to use it) or if you
have done incorrect loading (for example,
if you have placed detergent or softener in
the detergent tank),
