6.5.7 Batch Limit
To prevent accidental over-filling, the Batch
Limit defines the maximum batch that may be
dispensed. If a batch setpoint greater than the
Batch Limit is entered, it will be accepted but a
warning will appear on the screen. The
position of the decimal point will be the same
as the batch display. See 6.5.5.

6.5.8 Batch Names
This function enables up to nine pre-entered
batch setpoints to be identified with individual
names each having up to sixteen alphanumeric
characters. The name is displayed when the
Batch Size setpoint is selected or adjusted see
sections 6.5.9 and 6.5.10. Some of the
operator display screens also show the
setpoint name.

6.5.10 Select Batch
This allows the batch controller’s operating
setpoint to be selected from the nine pre-
entered setpoints. To select, highlight the
name of the required setpoint and press
E.
The setpoint value will be shown at the bottom
of the display screen.

6.5.12 CONTROL2delay
(Control 2 Start Delay)
At the start of a batch, Control 1 is energised
immediately the
Start button is operated.
Control 2 may be energised at the same time,
or delayed for up to 3600 seconds by this
function.
