Clear All:
It is to clear data from one single filter or all the filters. Frequency: It displays
the frequency value of the howl-back point. Gain: It displays the gain value of the filter’s
trapped wave.
Octave:
It displays the bandwidth value of the filter’s trapped wave.
1-16 buttons: They are the sequence numbers for the analog input channels. Select
sequence numbers of one or several channels randomly to enter the feedback canceler
module.
Speech:
It shows that signals processed by the incentive of speech module will enter into
the feedback canceler module.
Type:
There are three types of filters for users to choose--fixed filter, dynamic filter and
manual filter. The fixed filter and dynamic filter can make the detection automatically,
while for manual filter, users shall set the parameters manually. The fixed points, once set,
cannot be modified and covered until they are cleared away on purpose. The dynamic
points cannot be modified. However, the new howl-back points may cover the original
points one by one from the first dynamic point, when all the filters are under use, and
the feedback is proceeding. If a manual filter has been selected, users can modify the its
frequency value, gain value and bandwidth value.
7.2.2.12 ANS
The noise suppressor is used to eliminate the steady ambient noises picked up by the
MIC, such as the noises from the ventilating system, air conditioner, fan, motor or other
machinery devices. The noise suppressor has six level options for users to choose. We
recommend you to use the lowest level which is proper to eliminate the ambient noises.
For instance, it is not recommended to use level 3 if level 2 can achieve the expected
effect. The noise suppressor has adopted the self-adaptive algorithms. It is normal that
the noise suppressor has not suppressed noises if it is just started.
