Function
3.4.3.1 Connection of QWT/SWT/WTI/SWT-T to a Circulation Pump/Filter System
• Connect the heating water cycle to the primary side of the heat exchanger.
• Connect the secondary side of the heat exchanger to the bathwater piping via
tube connections with tube clips or via inside threads with plastic/brass screw
connections.
• The WTI and SWT-T is integrated into the water cycle
with PVC glued connections.
3.4.3.2 Connection of QWT 100-140/100-209 and WTI 100-140/100-209
to a Filter System
• Connect both heating elements of heat exchanger to the heating water cycle.
• Connect the secondary side of heat exchanger to bathwater piping via tube
connections with tube clips or via inside threads with plastic/brass screw
connections.
• The WTI is integrated into the water cycle with PVC glued connections.
4 Function
In the reverse flow heat exchanger QWT, heat is transferred from the heating water
cycle to the bathwater cycle.
In the reverse flow heat exchanger WTI, heat is transferred from the heating water
cycle to the bathwater cycle. The WTI is made of titanium and is suited for water
with increased free chlorine values (e. g. brine basins, therapy basins, seawater
basins).
In the reverse flow heat exchanger SWT, heat is transferred from the low-tempera-
ture heating water cycle or the solar installation to the bathwater cycle. The SWT-T
is made of titanium and is suited for water with increased free clorine values (e. g.
brine basins, therapy basins, seawater basins).
A temperature sensor can be inserted into the integrated clamping device in the
dipping sleeve. In conjugation with a control device, the temperature of the bathwa-
ter can be controlled via the temperature control.

Initial Operation
Have you read and understood these operating instructions - in particular chapter 1,
Safety? Only then are you allowed to start the heat exchanger.
The heat exchanger might be damaged.
Do not step on the heat exchanger.
Only carry out maintenance and repair work with closed blocking and control units
in both water cycles .
• Ventilate both water cycles.
