4.3 Inspection after assembly
The functionality of the product must be inspected after the assembly work has been
completed.
In particular, check:
- Whether all intended assembly work has been completely and properly carried out
- Whether all screw connections have been correctly screwed together
- Whether all materials have been completely installed
Use the checklist under
point 6.4
for the inspection
An acceptance test must be conducted before first use!
- The product may only be used in a faultless condition
- The acceptance inspection must be documented in writing
5. Storage and transportation
5.1 Storage
- The product must not be stored in damp or wet environments. In order to protect the feet, it
is preferable to store the product lying down
5.2 Transportation
- In order to transport the product, all of the (screwed together) components must be
tightly connected to one another.
- There must be no loose parts on the equipment
- The equipment may only be moved manually.
6. Cleaning/maintenance/repair/periodic inspections
6.1 Cleaning
WARNING! Caution: risk of slipping! Life-threatening accidents can be
caused due to residual water on the steps! Please observe the safety
instructions, particularly points 2.3 and 2.6
- Cleaning agent residues and/or water on the steps must be immediately removed
because they present a serious risk of slipping.
- The product can be cleaned using water together with commercially available cleaning
agents
- The equipment must be dried to avoid corrosion
