Measuring
Place the unit on a hard, flat surface (avoid carpets). Gently tap the measuring platform
with your foot and then wait. After a few seconds the display shows „0.0”. You can
carefully step on the scale now. Balance your weight on both legs – do not step on one
leg, if possible. Stay calm during measuring in order to get an accurate reading. Wait
until the display shows your weight.
After the measurement, step off of the scale. After 10 seconds the device will
automatically shut down.
Note: If you step onto the platform before „0.0” appears, you will not obtain a reading.
Furthermore, if you do not step onto the platform within about 6 seconds after „0.0”
appears, the power will shut down automatically.
Error Messages
The following error messages may appear on the display:
•
„Lo”: batteries must be replaced.
•
„Err”: overload! (range of weight should be between 2-150kg)
•
If the scale does not seem to respond to your command (it freezes), try briefly
removing the batteries and then putting them back.
