Assembly Procedure

Barbecue Hood is prefitted at the factory but not shown in these assembly diagrams.

NOTE: Before any assembly or installation is attempted check all components for damage. Your dealer or the manufacturer

must be notified of any problems immediately before proceeding. For safety and convenience the barbecue main frame has

been factory assembled requiring only the following simple steps for completion. Mobile trolleys are optional so read this

manual in conjunction with the trolley assembly guide.
Remove all packaging material from the barbecue before assembly. Do not throw any packaging away until the barbecue and

trolley (if purchased) is complete.
The burners and the cross lighting channel are fitted to the barbecue during manufacture. If the burners or cross light

channels have been removed prior to delivery, they must be fitted according to the following instructions.

rear of the barbecue.(2) To secure the burners, fit the retaining clips (“R” shape) to the holes in the

burner lugs. This must be done from underneath the back panel of the barbecue.(3) (see fig. 5)

. Remove the small plastic tie strap that

holds the channel in place for shipping.

Place each cross-lighting channel onto
