OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Operating Instructions

1�    Raise the lid�

2�    Press and turn the control knob slowly (3-4 seconds) 

anti clockwise to HIGH until a click is heard�

3�    If the burner fails to ignite, turn the knob to OFF repeat 

the process�

A low flame or simmer condition is obtained by turning the 

control knob anticlockwise to LOW�

Make sure long handles do not hang over the edge of the 

side burner� Injury can result if they are accidentally knocked

After Use

1�    Turn the control knob and the gas cylinder valve off if the 

BBQ is not in use�

2�   Clean off any food spills and lower the lid�

Care of Your Side Burner

All of the instructions for care of your barbecue apply to your 

side burner� In particular:

Clean your side burner frequently with warm soapy water�  

Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals or scouring pads�

Clean more frequently in salt water environments�

Keep your barbecue and side burner covered while they are 

not in use�

Check the gas hoses every 3 months� Have them replaced if 

they show any signs of wear or cracking�
