Solution
If you don’t feel heat, you can
fold the product and test it for 30
minutes to see whether it works or
not (But please make sure that
the product is placed flat without
being folded for normal use). If
you still can’t feel the heat after
the test, please contact the
customer service.
When receiving the product, please
take it out from the packing and
place it flat (do not fold). Check
the coupler and mains plug have
been connected properly, then
switch on to check whether the
product works normally or not. For
products unable to work normally,
please contact our customer
service.
Please place the heating padflat
for using. The temperature of the
body areas that contact the
heating zones is higher than the
areas do not, which is a normal
phenomenon.

Cause
Bedsure heating products
provide safe heat and protect
consumers’ skin within tempera-
ture range based on internation-
al safety standards, which helps
avoid low temperature burns.
Therefore, the temperature
setting is for keeping warm
instead of getting hot.
There exist product malfunctions.
The product is folded or the heating
wire is coiled during the use;
The product is not
used or washed properly.
Problem
The product does not produce
enough heat or does not work.
The product does not work upon
arrival.
The product does not heat
uniformly.
The product no longer works after
being used for a period of time.
If the above suggestions could not solve the problems, this might result from the permanent switch-off
protection via the safety system. In this case, please contact our customer service.
