Personal protection
•
When changing the blades suitable strong
gloves should be worn!

Mounting the blades
•
Put the cutting blade (figure 13:4) and the
blade-bushing (figure 13:5) together with the
M12 8.8 socket screw (figure 13:6) on the
blade discs (figure 13:1) and turn. Now
tighten the socket screw in compliance with
the chapter 5 torque as shown

Secure the bolts
•
Put the locking ring (figure 13:3) over the bolt
and put the locking nut ( figure 13:2) on the
bolt. Turn and tighten the locking nut to the
chapter 5 torque as indicated. Make sure that
this cannot come loose by holding it against
an allen key (hex key).

Trial run
•
Always perform a trial run after putting back
the cutter blades.
•
The hedge trimmer must only be released for
use if the machinery runs without any
vibration.
