Can the BLU-BKR be used to make/receive phone calls?

for phone calls and stream music.

My phone scans but does not pair with module.
What I’m I doing wrong?
Many Ferrari, Porsche etc. radios are able to be turned on without the key,
however for the module to power on; ignition must be set to ACC or ON position
at which point pairing is enabled.
