quick-frozen food in freezer’s food and frozen-food storage
compartments or cabinets;
• Please take all precautions necessary to avoid an undue rise in the
frozen food’s temperature while defrosting the refrigerating appliance,
such as wrapping the frozen food in several layers of newspaper.
• If there is a rise in the frozen food’s temperature during manual
defrosting, maintenance or cleaning could shorten the storage life.
• For doors or lids fitted with locks and keys, please keep the keys out
of the reach of children and away from the freezer, so to avoid children
from being locked inside.
2.4. Troubleshooting
The following simple issues can be handled by the user. Please call the
after-sale service department if any of these issues are not settled.
No operation
Check if the freezer is plugged
and connected to the power;
Check if the temperature
control knob is in the work area
Failure power or tripping circuit.
Odour
Odorous foods should be
closely wrapped;
Check if foods are rotten;
Check if the interior should be
cleaned.
