Won’t switch on
1. Check if the appliance is firmly connected
to the power supply, disconnect then
reconnect it to the power source.
2. Check the socket is providing power.
Motor gives off an
unusual smell while
operating
1. When new, the appliance will give off a smell
or some smoke; however, this will cease with
normal use. The appliance may also give off
a smell or some smoke due to overheating
if used for prolonged periods. In this case
switch it off for 20-30 minutes.
The blade sticks
1. Switch the appliance off and ensure the
mixing bowl is properly inserted into the
base.
Food is coming out
of the mixing bowl
1. Switch off the appliance. Check to make sure
the seal is properly installed between the
base of the mixing bowl and the blade.
