The
Easymaxi Base FIX
(ISOFIX size class - E - CRF Fixture:
ISO/R1) fitted with the Auto Seat is suitable for children up to a weight
of 13 kg (Group 0+).
This is an ISOFIX CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM. It is approved to
regulation Nº 44, 04 series of amendments for general use in vehicles
fitted with ISOFIX anchorages system.
It will fit vehicles with positions approved as ISOFIX positions (as
detailed in vehicle handbook), depending on the category of the child
seat and of the fixture.
The product is only suitable for cars with the ISOFIX seat fixing.
The product is to be secured by means of an ISOFIX child restraint
system.
The
Easymaxi Base FIX
should only be used when the airbags have
been deactivated.

Lower ISOFIX attachment arms into the horizontal position.

Place Easymaxi Base FIX on car seat as shown.

Insert ISOFIX attachment arms into ISOFIX car device (figure 3).
Check that the ISOFIX attachment arms are correctly
engaged before use.

Press adjusting button of the supporting leg to raise or lower it to
the proper height.
Make sure that supporting leg is firmly pressed against the floor of
the vehicle until the GREEN indicator is showed (see figure 4).
Check that the adjusting button on supporting leg is
NOT pressed in.

Adjust the level of Base by regulating the knob on top of Base, see
figure 5.

Place child's seat into the attachment device of the Easymaxi Base
FIX. Lock will automatically engage.
Check that the child's seat attachment devices are
correctly engaged before use.
Then place child in child's seat.
Always use the restraint system in child's seat.
Then lower carrying handle of child's seat, against the car seat.
Check child's seat for security.

Remove child's seat first by putting
handle of child's seat in the carrying position.
Then push in button on back of child's seat and lift child's seat away
from Easymaxi Base FIX.

For the Base to be in the correct position it is only
necessary for the air bubble to be visible, it does not have to
be in the centre of the glass.
