3.0 Operation
3.1 Precautions
3.2 NFPA 99: 2018 Operational
Procedure
In order to comply with NFPA code, one filter must
be in reserve at all times. This means that the but
-
terfly valves on both sides of one filter must be
closed at all times.
3.3 ISO 7396-1: 2016 Operational
Procedure
In order to comply with ISO code, one filter must
be in reserve at all times. This means that the but
-
terfly valves on both sides of one filter must be
closed at all times.
3.4 HTM 02-01: 2006 Operational
Procedure
In order to comply with HTM code, half of the
filters must be in reserve at all times. This
means that the butterfly valves on both sides
of half the filters must be closed at all times.
WARNING:
Do not put MV Filter Module into operation until
verified by a qualified person per NFPA 99, ISO
7396-1, or HTM 02-01.
