Safety clutch:
In case of blocking, the gear is additionally protected by a safety clutch.
Option MAB 840 with slewing mechanism:
The slewing mechanism allows fine adjustment when the magnetic
foot is switched on. This allows optimum centring even at difficult
positions.
The regulating range is 30° on both sides and 20 mm in longitudinal
direction.
Caution: Check the clamping facility for sufficient clampin force at
regular intervals.

Drilling:
Drilling with core drills does not require any great expenditure of force.
Drill without great pressure.
Make sure that the chips are removed upwards.
Please, break the chip in case of greater drilling depths.
A greater pressure does not speed up drilling, the drilling machine will
be worn out quicker and the machine will be overloaded.
Always use cooling lubricating device, which is part of the delivery.
The service life of the tool depends on the lubrication!
Permanent internal lubrication with high performance cutting oil BDS
5000 is a must.
