Insert bow into the top connector port of the wreath. Secure the bow to the wreath with a part 

3 cotter pin. The wreath is now assembled.

Interlock the part E & F bow halves by connecting the vertical hook and connector port. Secure 

with a part 2 red zip tie as indicated below.
